Self-Managed, Funded, and Hosted Tour

At just 14-15 years old, I single-handedly conceptualized, organized, funded, and executed the NewTubeTour, a multi-faceted event series that spanned several major cities, promoting a variety of artistic and commercial projects. With a combination of creative vision and entrepreneurial drive, I leveraged my unique skill set to bring high-quality events to life while maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Event Planning & Coordination: Organized and executed album launches, fashion shows, video premieres, listening parties, and brand promotions for independent artists and emerging fashion brands.

• Venue Negotiations & Budgeting: As a minor, I independently reached out to venues, personally negotiated prices, and bartered for more favorable terms. This strategy significantly lowered event costs, bringing in higher profit margins compared to others organizing similar events at the time.

• Marketing & Promotion: Led and executed social media marketing campaigns, securing sponsorships, influencer partnerships, and content creation to promote events before and after they took place.

• Self-Funding & Financial Management: Successfully self-funded the tour, managing budgeting, ticket sales, vendor negotiations, and sponsorship acquisition to ensure events were financially sustainable.

• Creative Content Production: Produced and edited video and photography content for event promotion and recap, enhancing social media engagement and building a dedicated online following.

• Networking & Media Outreach: Built strong relationships with artists, brands, and media outlets, securing interview spots on TV and generating local press coverage.

• Sales & Ticketing: Managed ticketing systems and street team promotions, resulting in higher-than-expected event attendance and a loyal fan base.

By combining my creativity with a keen business sense, I was able to deliver profitable, successful events while simultaneously growing my network and reputation within the industry—proving that age is no barrier to success when you have the right mindset and work ethic.
