• Venue & Talent Coordination: Scouted and secured the ideal venue for the fashion show, ensuring it fit both the aesthetic and logistical needs of the event. Recruited and coordinated with models, designers, and talent for the show.

• Media & Promotion: Arranged a TV interview and secured promotion on CBS/CW31, generating visibility for the event and the featured clothing line.

• Contract & Agreement Management: Drafted and finalized talent agreements, ensuring clear communication of expectations and compensation for all involved.

• Event Flow Planning & Timing: Designed and managed the event’s timeline, from the opening to the final walk, ensuring smooth transitions and precision timing for each model’s appearance on the runway.

• Budget Management & Financial Oversight: Managed the event budget, handling cash flow, payments to talent, and vendor costs, while keeping expenses within planned limits and ensuring profitability.

• Logistics & Rentals: Identified and arranged rental needs, including stage, chairs, tables, lighting, and sound equipment, to create the ideal atmosphere for the fashion show.

• Ticketing & Guest Management: Set up an efficient ticketing system for attendees, handled guest lists, and coordinated with staff to ensure smooth entrance and seating.
